1-on-1 Coaching
If you are looking for private 1-on-1 coaching LostBoys is where you need to be. This service is not be confused with “personal training”. What we provide is an intimate environment where the lifter can feel safe and comfortable addressing what their needs and goals are. With the presence of a coach who moonlights as a mental health counselor, you will be in an environment built for success.
Although this service has typically reserved for those with extra needs, i.e.: rehabilitation after an injury, prehab or injury prevention of another sport, we have opened this up to anyone in need that is committed and goal oriented.

*One to One Coaching requires a 3 month contract of either 2 or 3 sessions a week. Only thereafter can you move to one of our Private Barbell Class
ADHD StrengthS and Conditioning
We’ve partnered with ADHD Counseling in the the Roanoke Valley to bring Roanoke an exercise class specifically for ADHD children! We’re calling it ADHD StrengthS and Conditioning! It’s the first class of it’s kind anywhere in the United States!
These classes are geared toward providing your ADHD child with safe, fun and a therapeutic setting to move, exercise and learn about themselves and the role exercise and strength plays in their life.

Private Barbell Classes
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 6am (FULL) & 8:30am (FULL until Sept ’18)
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30am to 9am (1 available space)
What are Private Barbell Classes?
Our private barbell classes are out most sought after service. A group of no more than 6 lifters workout together under the watchful eye of our coach. Each lifter has a program specific to their goals, all the while being supported by their the other members. As the name suggests, these classes are private, intimate and soon become a family of lifters.
Every class is broken up between a Strength portion and an accessory portion.
Strength:
To build our overall strength we perform a variation of a squat, press and deadlift, specific to your goals.
Worried about starting with a barbell? All members begin their journey ingraining proper movement before using a barbell, typically 2 weeks to a month.
Following this, they perform a given set and rep scheme with an empty bar and progress in 5lbs increments (this is called a linear progression), week to week, provided they can get into safe positions under load and the coach is confident in their abilities. This ensures once the member is lifting “heavy” their movements are being performed naturally, removing any chance of injury.
Accessory:
The accessory portion of the class is completely dependant on your goals, skill level and ability. No lifters accessory work is the same on any given day.
Accessory work is driven by your goals: If you’re training for a marathon, it will be conditioning based. If you’re training for a powerlifting meet, you will be working your muscular imbalances. If you’re trying to get add muscle, you will be doing many sets of specific muscles groups. The list goes on…
